This is an original TalentBharat policy draft based on the platform's job-search, employer, interview, notification, and privacy workflows.
Roles
For employer-controlled recruiting workflows, the employer is generally the controller or business for applicant decisions and TalentBharat acts as a processor or service provider when processing personal data on the employer's documented instructions.
Processing instructions
TalentBharat processes employer-submitted personal data to provide accounts, job postings, applicant management, interview scheduling, notifications, security, support, and related platform services. TalentBharat will not sell employer-submitted candidate data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Security and subprocessors
TalentBharat uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards and may engage subprocessors for hosting, database, storage, email, SMS, authentication, analytics, security, and support. Subprocessors must be bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations appropriate to their role.
Requests and return or deletion
TalentBharat will reasonably assist employers with valid privacy requests, security inquiries, and data deletion or export requests where available and legally permitted. Backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained for limited periods.
