Respect for intellectual property
Users must not upload logos, job descriptions, images, resumes, portfolio materials, or other content unless they have the rights needed to share it through TalentBharat.
Takedown requests
A copyright complaint should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, the URL or location, contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the information is accurate. Send requests to support@talentbharat.in.
Action and counter-notices
TalentBharat may remove or restrict allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Counter-notices may be submitted where permitted by law.
